Can You Convert to Being An Israelite:

“In every province and in every city to which the edict of the king came, there was joy and gladness among the Jews, with feasting and celebrating. And many people of other nationalities became Jews because fear of the Jews had seized them.” Esther 8:17 NIV

"If a foreigner dwelling among you wants to observe the Passover to the LORD, he is to do so according to the Passover statute and its ordinances. You are to apply the same statute to both the foreigner and the native of the land." Numbers 9:14

"An Israelite today is Born of the Spirit and Not of the Flesh" - Pastor Dowell said this on Jason Whitlock show recently. I have much respect for Pastor Dowell, however, I agree and disagree with him and so does the scriptures. He is right to say that someone who is born of the spirit today (Following Gods Laws) is a convert Israelite. However, Gods original bloodline Israelites are still in tact and God is coming to saved "US" along with the converts in these last days:

'I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. ' Joel 3:2
