In this message, “How Do I Start Walking With God?”, I break down a simple, biblical path for anyone who wants to seek the Most High, return to Him, or strengthen their walk with Him.

Walking with God is more than simply saying you believe. Scripture teaches us to seek Him, learn His commandments, obey His Word, understand our need for Christ, properly understand grace, and receive the Holy Spirit.

The 6 Steps:
Believe God exists and genuinely seek Him.
Learn what God says is right and wrong through His laws, commandments, and statutes.
Start obeying what you learn.
Understand that obedience cannot erase your past sins—you need Jesus Christ.
Understand grace correctly: grace is not permission to abandon God's law.
As you obey God, He gives you His Holy Spirit.

God's law shows us what sin is, while Jesus Christ provides redemption for the debt our sin created. We don't keep God's commandments to replace Christ—we need Christ because we have not perfectly kept God's commandments.
And as we diligently seek God and walk in obedience, Scripture shows us another incredible part of this journey: the gift and power of the Holy Spirit.

God is waiting on you. God is calling you back to Him. Start following the Most High, accept Christ as your sacrifice and High Priest, and begin your walk with God today.
